Firewall question from Windstream

Question:

Hi David,

I am with Windstream and we are working on your quote/response to your 470 filing.  I had a question about the firewall and was hoping you could share some insight on your expectations.  We offer three levels of service on a firewall.  Is there one below that is more in line with what you are seeking?

Answer: 

We are receiving content filtering and antivirus protection through separate solutions so those services are not required. Our expectation for the firewall is that it will support normal edge firewall functions like NAT, blocking incoming threats from the Internet, reporting, etc. Additional services may not be E-Rate eligible and should be clearly listed as such on proposals.
